What is Individual Therapy

4. Do I need a diagnosis or referral to access therapy?
No. You do not need a diagnosis or GP referral. You can self-refer and access therapy directly.
5. Who will provide the therapy?
Therapy is provided by registered and experienced practitioners, accredited with professional bodies such as HCPC.
6. Are there conditions on what I can bring to therapy?
No. You do not need to meet any conditions to begin therapy. Sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals.
7. Is this an emergency or crisis service?
No. We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis or at immediate risk, please contact emergency services or crisis helplines.
8. Will I receive a report or letter after therapy?
No. Therapy sessions are confidential and focused on your personal growth. No formal report or letter will be provided.
9. How much does individual therapy cost?
