At Kamlani Health, we aim to provide a fair and professional service while ensuring that appointment times are used effectively for the benefit of all clients.

Payment & Booking

  • All appointments (therapy or assessment) must be confirmed with payment within 24 hours of booking.

  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the slot may be released and offered to another client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours before the booked session: You may cancel or reschedule your session without charge, and your payment will be carried forward or refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling will not be permitted, and the full session fee will be charged.

  • This policy is in line with UK guidance on fairness and transparency in service agreements.

Missed Sessions & No-Shows

  • Therapy and Consultation Sessions: If you miss a scheduled therapy or consultant session without notice, this will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. Refunds will not be provided.

  • Assessment Sessions: If you miss an assessment appointment, we will attempt to reschedule as per availability. However, if the session is missed without notice, rescheduling will be subject to practitioner availability and may incur an additional fee.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days using the same payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (less than 48 hours), missed sessions, or no-shows, in line with UK consumer law exceptions for personalised, scheduled professional services.

Practitioner Cancellations

In the rare event that your practitioner needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the choice of:

  • Rescheduling at the next available time, or

  • Receiving a full refund of the session fee.

Emergency Situations

  • We understand emergencies may arise. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. Consideration for rescheduling will be given at the discretion of the practitioner.

Service Limitations

  • Please note this service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact emergency services (999 in the UK) or a crisis helpline (e.g., Samaritans 116 123).
